Clarissa Gabriel Malafronte is a certified family nurse practitioner through the National Academy of Nurse Practitioners. After graduating from Villanova University in Philadelphia, Pa with her Bachelors of Science in Nursing, Clarissa began her nursing career working at Tampa General Hospital where she was recognized for her excellence in patient care. Clarissa specialized in ER/Admission, Primary Care, and Neonatal Intensive Care. While working full time at Tampa General Hospital, Clarissa graduated with honors from Simmons College with a Master’s of Science in Nursing. Clarissa is a member of the National Academy of Nurse Practitioners, National Academy of Dermatology Nurse Practitioners, and the Florida Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.
With a strong belief of the correlation between emotional and physical well-being, Clarissa recognizes that when patients look their best, they truly feel their best. Clarissa brings her attention to detail to her dermatological and aesthetic practice. Clarissa is thrilled to join Bay Dermatology, where she can stay abreast of the latest medical and cosmetic treatment options for her patients. While not providing the latest dermatological advancements to her patients, Clarissa enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and singing karaoke.
